Our Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
You can easily start a return through our Self-Service portal in your customer account at https://account.recovery4life.store/ or by contacting our customer support team via email at info@recovery4life.us.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us.
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
For the quickest exchange, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. The same conditions for returns apply: the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
n the event that we are unable to refund to your original payment method for any reason, we will issue store credit instead.
